Who am I?
A curious body moving through the world, trying to understand it through touch, sight, and intuition.
I was diagnosed as hard of hearing very early on, which means I didn’t grow up experiencing things the “usual” way. Instead, I learned to pay attention differently : to textures, to details, to what is felt rather than what is said.
Over time, this became less of a limitation and more of a language.
I create to make sense of things.
Sometimes it takes the form of clay, sometimes paintings, sometimes shared moments through dance.
What connects everything I do is this relationship to presence:
observing, touching, shaping, feeling.
I’m drawn to what is raw, imperfect, and alive.
To cycles in nature, to human emotions, to what constantly transforms.
I like when things are open, when they don’t explain themselves completely.
I prefer when there’s space for interpretation, for projection, for connection.
I don’t see my work as something fixed.
It’s more like an ongoing exploration.
Of materials, of sensations, of people, of places.
Of how we relate to ourselves, to each other, and to the world around us.
Still learning. Still exploring. Still following what feels true.
